3 days exploring Cao Bang mountains 9
Compared to the Northwest, the Northeast has more difficult and longer roads but still has its own characteristics in each province, from Ha Giang, Lang Son to Cao Bang.
Day 1: Hanoi – Cao Bang
If you are in good health, you can choose to take the night bus from Hanoi to Cao Bang and start your exploration journey early in the morning.
From Hanoi to Cao Bang, tourists can take a bus from My Dinh station with a travel time of 6-7 hours or rent a private car, going from Hanoi – Thai Nguyen – Bac Kan – Cao Bang city – this is also the destination.
In the evening of the first day, take time to rest and visit the city.
Day 2: Cao Bang city – Pac Bo relic area – Ban Gioc waterfall
You should start at 6am to have breakfast with Cao Bang rolls and take advantage of more time to be able to visit many places.
From Cao Bang city, tourists drive 50 km to Ha Quang district bordering China, visiting the Pac Bo relic site.
After passing through the sightseeing gate, visitors will see milestone 0 of the Ho Chi Minh route extending North-South, opposite is Uncle Ho’s memorial area.

Appearing before your eyes after walking through Pac Bo village are Karl Marx mountain and Lenin stream.
In addition to its historical value, the impressive fresh natural scenery of the relic also makes many visitors surprised.
Tickets to enter the Pac Bo relic site are 25,000 VND/person.
Leaving Pac Bo, tourists drive to Trung Khanh district to visit Ban Gioc waterfall.

Khuoi Ky ancient stone village, located about 3km from Ban Gioc waterfall, has many homestays managed by local people such as Yen Nhi homestay, Khuoi Ky Homestay… The homestay price here is about 100,000 VND/night, suitable for staying.
Day 3: Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave – God’s Eye Mountain – Cao Bang city – Hanoi
To avoid the crowded scene of Ban Gioc waterfall, please visit early in the morning.
Leaving Ban Gioc waterfall, the next place you should visit is Nguom Ngao cave located right next to Khuoi Ky village.

On the way from Trung Khanh to Cao Bang city, you can stop at Phja Thap incense village and Phuc Sen forging village.
Have fun picnicking at Mat Than Mountain until afternoon, return to Cao Bang city for dinner and take the bus back to Hanoi.
