In a conversation with Roman Sionis, Harley Quinn mentioned that she once found a sensitive photo of the late US First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt that Joker lost in Robinson Park.
This is a famous fictional location in the DC universe, named after one of the three fathers of the Joker, artist Jerry Robinson.

When the female superheroes prepare their weapons to fight Black Mask’s gang, the famous T-shirt with the words Daddy’s Lil’ Monster of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad appears briefly.

Most likely, this is a reference to the Joker after the flashback recounting Harley Quinn’s origin and his cameo (when Harley faced the guy she challenged the Joker to tattoo on his face) in Birds of Prey.

In the movie, Black Mask died at the hands of Cassandra Cain, who stole the precious diamond of the Bertinelli family that he was targeting.
