CDC Hanoi: The city meets two 'green zone' criteria 3
Information was released by Hanoi CDC on the evening of October 15.
Of which, the number of cases recorded in the community in the past 2 weeks in the capital is 4 (Hanoi’s population is over 8.3 million people, corresponding to a new infection rate in the community/100,000 people/week of nearly 0.025).
In addition to the above two criteria, the Ministry of Health guides the third criterion for a locality to reach level 1 which is the capacity of medical examination and treatment facilities at all levels to receive and treat.

Also according to Hanoi CDC, the assessment of 579 communes, wards and 30 districts in the city are all at level 1. In the last two weeks, Hanoi has had two clusters of cases in Hang Trong ward – Viet Duc Hospital.
Hang Trong Ward has a population of more than 5,700 people, the number of new cases in the community in the past 2 weeks is 1;
La Khe ward has a population of over 39,300 people, the number of cases recorded in the community in the past two weeks is 3;
From 6:00 p.m. on October 14 to 6:00 p.m. today (October 15), Hanoi recorded a positive case in Phu Xuyen district that has been quarantined.
The cumulative number of cases in Hanoi during the fourth epidemic (from April 27 to present) is 4,079 cases;
Previously, on October 13, the Ministry of Health issued temporary professional guidance to implement the Regulations on safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of Covid-19.
Three criteria for classifying safety adaptation levels.
Based on these criteria, provinces and cities will classify each area into four levels: Level 1 (low risk – new normal), green;
Today (October 15), Lam Dong, Vinh Phuc, Binh Phuoc and Long An announced the epidemic situation at level 2 – medium risk.
