From 7:00 a.m. on September 4, Hanoi city deployed 39 checkpoints in the `red zone`, including 10 districts: Tay Ho, Ba Dinh, Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Thanh Xuan,
The control point was set up on the evening of September 3 at Highway 32, Bac Tu Liem district.
Of the 39 checkpoints, Hanoi City Police deployed 21 city-level checkpoints in locations with high traffic density;
At the checkpoints, police will stop vehicles, measure body temperature, request medical declarations, and check travel documents and vehicle permits to transport essential goods.
Authorities can quickly test for Covid-19 in suspected cases and disinfect when necessary;

After more than 40 days of applying Directive 16, on the afternoon of September 3, Hanoi decided on a plan to prevent and control the epidemic from September 6 to 21 by establishing three zones, including: The inner city is a high population density area.
On the basis of zoning, `red zones` continue to apply Directive 16 and a number of higher level measures, with the principle of `everyone is there`, thoroughly suppressing the epidemic.
In the fourth epidemic (from April 29 to present), Hanoi recorded 3,424 cases of infection (excluding the number of cases at central hospitals), including 1,559 cases in the community and 1,865 cases in quarantine areas.

Thang Long Bridge: Vo Van Kiet Avenue, Dong Anh district (2 posts);
Dien Bridge: Road 32, Nam Tu Liem District (entry in front of 36 Cau Dien, exit at Ho Tung Mau – Hoang Cong Chat intersection);
Thach Bich Bridge: National Highway 21B, Bich Hoa commune, Thanh Oai district (a two-way checkpoint at the bridge area);
Day River Bridge: Thang Long Avenue crosses Nhue River, Van Con commune, Hoai Duc district (including four checkpoints exiting Km7 Thang Long Avenue opposite the Coast Guard; entering Km 17+800; foot of An Khanh bridge and foot of
Mai Linh Bridge: National Highway 6, Ha Dong District (stops at 2 ends of the bridge);
Quan Ganh Bridge: National Highway 1A, Nhi Khe commune, Thuong Tin (keys at both ends of the bridge);
Thanh Tri Bridge: Belt 3, National Highway 1A (no access from Ecopark to Thanh Tri bridge, 2 checkpoints at Gia Lam bridgehead and Hoang Mai bridgehead);
Vinh Tuy bridge, two checkpoints at both ends of the bridge;
Chuong Duong Bridge, 3 locks including 2 outgoing locks and 1 incoming latch.
Nhat Tan Bridge, 3 checkpoints, one of which is An Duong Vuong, turn right on the way to the bridge;
Lien Mac Culvert: Lien Mac – An Duong Vuong Street, Nam Tu Liem District (stop on both sides of the sewer);
Bridge over Nhue River: Trinh Van Bo Street, Nam Tu Liem District (stops at 2 ends of the bridge);
Ivory Bridge: Road 70A, Nam Tu Liem district (a checkpoint at the roundabout at the foot of the overpass);
Gate 1 area bridge, An Lac Green Symphony new urban area, Van Canh, a checkpoint serving people in the area moving from communes in Hoai Duc district to TL70 and vice versa (one checkpoint);
Bridge 72 II: Road 72, Van Con commune, Hoai Duc district (one checkpoint);
Cu Son Bridge: Cu Son Street, Van Con Commune, Hoai Duc District (one checkpoint);
Tan Phu Bridge: Tan Phu Street, Tay Phu Commune, Quoc Oai District (one stop);
Ta Day dike intersection: Cao Vien commune, Thanh Oai district (two-way control point);
Khe Tang Bridge: Southern trunk road, Cu Khe commune, Thanh Oai district (2 ends);
Bridge Crossing: Cau River hamlet road, Khanh Ha commune, Thuong Tin district (2-way control point at the bridge area);
Huu Hong dike intersection – Hong Van pumping station: Red river dike, Ninh So commune, Thuong Tin (two-way control dike route);
Long Bien Bridge, located at both ends of the bridge.
