In Vietnam, Honda PCX is very familiar, but the Hybrid version is a new name on the scooter map.
Before launching in Vietnam, Honda PCX Hybrid was launched in the Thai market in July, the first country in Southeast Asia.

PCX Hybrid stands alone in its segment, developed on the basis of the standard PCX but the overall design remains the same.
The scooter is equipped with LED headlights and positioning lights designed with a blue strip behind the reflectors, the same color as the vehicle’s body color, creating a harmonious combination.

The vehicle is equipped with a single-cylinder eSP gasoline engine with a capacity of 150 cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, electronic fuel injection, capacity of 14.4 horsepower at 8,500 rpm, torque
PCX Hybrid is equipped with an additional electric motor to help improve torque, increasing 26% at 4,000 rpm compared to PCX 150 standard gasoline engine.
Due to the use of an additional electric motor and lithium-ion battery under the seat, the storage capacity is smaller than the standard version, but there is still enough space for a half-face helmet and personal items.
Anyone who has ridden PCX shares the same feeling with features such as a comfortable sitting position thanks to the low saddle, high and wide handlebars that create an upright sitting position.
Honda equips PCX Hybrid with a Mode button on the left handlebar, helping to switch driving modes including D, S and Idling.
Press the start button, PCX Hybrid vibrates slightly, the sound of starting the car is quite smooth and the sound of the engine is warm.
Moving to the suburbs, along the Lang – Hoa Lac bypass route, PCX 150 promotes the power of a road car, gliding smoothly like a spaceship.
The price of nearly 90 million will be an obstacle for hybrid cars in Vietnam.
