On the morning of March 20, a press conference took place in Ho Chi Minh City to announce the program of Trinh’s music night with the theme `Impermanent Flower`, commemorating the 12th anniversary of his death.
Hong Nhung jokingly said that in the past 15 years, she has been considered the person who sings Trinh music the most, so on the upcoming show, the organizers `forbid` her from singing songs that have been performed too often.
Hong Nhung will sing some of Trinh Cong Son’s songs on stage for the first time.
On the night to commemorate the 12 years since the talented musician passed away, the Hanoi diva will perform Mother Legend.
In addition to Hong Nhung, the `Impermanent Flower` night had the participation of famous singers such as: Thanh Lam, My Linh, Duc Tuan, MTV group, Ngoc Mai… The program was choreographed by director Nguyen Quang Dung.
The artists performed 19 songs, which are immortal love songs by Trinh Cong Son.
Singer Trinh Vinh Trinh, younger sister of musician Trinh Cong Son, shared that the music night is a gift that her family and artists give to Trinh’s music lovers.

The performance area of Crescent Lake Park is open from 4:00 p.m. so that the audience can come to arrange seats and enjoy the Trinh music space performed by about 50 young people who are students and members of music groups.
The program takes place at 8:00 p.m. on March 31 at Crescent Lake, Phu My Hung urban area, Tan Phong ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Along with the music night, Trinh Cong Son’s family also coordinated with a newspaper to organize a writing contest `Trinh’s music in me – Homeland and identity`.
The 100 readers who wrote the best articles were invited to join a trip to visit musician Trinh Cong Son’s grave on the morning of April 1 with representatives of the musician’s family.
In 2012, the first Trinh Cong Son music night was held in District 7, attracting 20,000 spectators.
All tickets for the night `Impermanent Flower` are given free of charge.
Because the number of tickets is limited, the organizers give priority to those who arrive early.
