The lawsuit was filed in New York state court on September 24, accusing US President Donald Trump, his sister Maryanne Trump Barry and his late brother Robert Trump of colluding to defraud his niece Mary Trump.
Mary said her two uncles and aunt conspired with several people, including a trustee who could act on her behalf, to give her `fake valuation` documents and force her to sign them.

In the book, Mary Trump writes that she was removed from her grandfather’s will due to her father’s death.
Mary Trump also accused the US President of trying to `fraud large sums of money from his siblings` by secretly trying to change his ailing father’s will, to cause others to lose control of their assets.
Robert Trump, when he was alive, accused his niece Mary Trump of violating a non-disclosure agreement regarding the transfer of the estate of Mr. Fred Trump, her grandfather and father of the US President.
