In the summer of 1988, when I was admitted directly to high school in the old Ha Tay, a friend of my father suggested that I take the exam to major in Foreign Languages.
By chance, I overheard my parents’ story: – `I’ve been to several places but no one has given me a loan. Q (my mother’s friend, who also lends her money at interest) also said no. The old debt hasn’t been paid off yet.
After taking the exam, receiving the admission notice, both my parents and I didn’t believe it and hid it from everyone until the day of admission.

The fact that many parents force their children to study extra day and night to get into the major, have relationships, bribe in one way or another to get into the prestigious major, often causes the children to sit in the wrong place, lose their childhood and
Vietnam has proud names coming from the specialized school system, which is a testament to the plus points of the model.
