Lynne Ryan, from Australia, booked a Ha Long Bay cruise through a local travel company.
These are the advertising images that Lynne’s group read when introducing the ship on which she planned to book a 2-day, 1-night tour to visit Ha Long Bay.
Lynne was excited and decided to book this tour because she saw the advertising images that the ship owner had posted on the poster.
But when she stepped on this yacht, Lynne was completely disappointed.
The air conditioner on the ship was broken, and in reality the ship was not as `glittering` as advertised.
Then, everyone was put on a boat full of trash.
Everything is not over yet.
After that, Lynne was moved to another room, with air conditioning, but the situation was not much better.
Her friends were in an even worse situation, when the toilet was unusable and the door was also broken.
At night, rats appeared on the boat.
After a terrifying night, the travelers headed to the breakfast room hoping things would get better.
The tourists then contacted the travel agency and complained about the quality of service.
Lynne said that even though the incident happened a week ago, it is still a nightmare for her.
Currently, News has contacted the travel company and ship owner in Vietnam to comment on this incident, but has not received a response.
In Ha Long, a two-day, one-night cruise tour costs from 70 to 300 USD.
