Vuong Chinh Duong was born in 2001, in Beijing.
Vuong’s father was initially worried because his son was on the computer all day.
Vuong Chinh Duong taught himself programming at the age of 8, then became one of China’s youngest technology talents.
After that, Vuong learned programming through books.

In 2013, when his classmates were diligently studying for the transfer exam, Vuong was still wandering on the Internet.
When being called `China’s youngest hacker` or `hacker prodigy`, Vuong said he would rather be called a `White Hat Hacker`.
After that, the `hacker prodigy` continued to search for vulnerabilities of Internet company 360 and participated in the `Qixing Cyber Security` project of the city police department.
At the age of 13, Wang was invited to participate in the National Cyber Security Conference held in Beijing.

After passing the entrance exam to a domestic university, Vuong chose to study Information Technology abroad at Irvine University in the US.
